A lil inspiration goes a long way!

For the last couple of years, I have been on the exercise & weight loss band wagon.  Needless to say, I fall off & can never seem to catch up to it.  Well, here I am again, only this time with help of inspiration staying on until my destination "Healthy lifestyle".
I will be keeping a journal of my food and exercise plans.  I want to keep track of my trial and errors as well as my success.  Inspiration is my Motivation!
